my code editor of choice
I like to code, you know that. But when it comes down to what/how I actually code, then we reach code editors. In a world where there are so many code editors, here are the 2 code editors that work for me.
- Microsoft VS - VS is a pretty nice code editor that I like to use for more complex/more than just index.html projects. I really like the live server plugin that lets me test/preview my code before I publish it. It does come with a few downsides, though. It is a big and complex app, meaning that it does not run the best with 45 other tabs open🤣. There are some other downsides, hey nothings perfect. 2. Zed - Zed is a tiny lightweight goodie😏. I really like Zed for little 1-page HTML projects because it is so tiny and minimal. It also (can) shares the same keyboard shortcuts as VS, so it's nice switching between them.
